A future where every neurodivergent individual and those with cerebral palsy—regardless of specific diagnosis—has access to inclusive learning, meaningful work opportunities, and supportive communities throughout their entire life journey, while organizations are equipped and committed to embracing their unique contributions.
Mission
To create an inclusive society where neurodivergent individuals and those with cerebral palsy are fully valued and empowered to reach their highest potential, while simultaneously building corporate readiness and community support systems through innovative programs, advocacy, and comprehensive inclusion initiatives

The Story Behind
Yayasan Inspirasy was founded by two close friends who have maintained their bond for over two decades. Both share a common experience as parents of children with special needs—one has a child children with autism, while the other has a child with cerebral palsy.
Through their journey, these two founders realized that the challenges they faced were not individual problems, but systemic issues affecting thousands of Indonesian families. During numerous heartfelt conversations about their children’s needs, educational barriers, and concerns about long-term care, they discovered that many other families were grappling with the same fear: “What will happen to our children with special needs when families we are no longer able here to care for them?”
Inspirasy was officially established through Foundation Deed No. 42, executed by Zulfahmy Yanuar Adam, S.H., M.Kn., a licensed Notary in Indonesia. This legal establishment grants the organization full legal standing to operate as a nonprofit foundation, receive funding, and enter partnerships. The proper legal foundation ensures transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance, enabling the organization to focus on its mission while maintaining high standards of governance.

Hearts of Dedication
Hearts of Dedication
Nurul Setyawati and Kris Mayana once faced the difficult decision to step away from their promising careers to dedicate themselves fully to nurturing their children with special needs, understanding that their children’s development required nothing less than their complete attention.
While Nurul has since returned to her professional career, both women remain deeply committed to advocating for social inclusion of children with special needs. Recognizing that individual effort alone cannot create systemic change, these remarkable women have established themselves as active board members of the foundation and have built a supportive community for families facing similar journeys.
Through their leadership in the foundation and community-building efforts, they channel their parental experiences into a broader mission of transformation. Their work extends beyond supporting families to helping companies prepare for inclusive employment practices, ensuring that businesses are equipped to welcome and integrate individuals with special needs into the workforce
